This is a very interesting book, love it very much !
I do appreciate the patworking method but I personally think this could be presented in the form of a smaller book with a deck of cards containing the name of the demons their paths and their superiors. I’m making my own flash cards and it does make summoning times run smoothly and more condensed!

Thank you. Unfortunately, professionally produced card decks are very expensive – more than double the cost of the paperback, and there is no easy way to distribute them. What I suggest, and what I gather readers are doing in many cases, is to write out the names and lines you need for a ritual on one piece of paper. It only takes a couple of minutes. Of course, you could create your own deck of cards if you find that easier.

Regarding the results we are asking for in the rituals, could be workable to specify something like: “and that this becomes the best and good result for me” or anything like that, or could be limiting for the ritual?

I’ve never cared much for demon-based magick, as I don’t like the idea of binding beings to do my bidding. But this is a true treasure. I love the idea of working in a symbiotic relationship with these beings as a magickal system. Indeed, I feel as if this book was written and intended for me personally because it aligns so perfectly with what I’ve been looking for. Thank you The Power of Magick, and thank you The Order of Unveiled Faces, for making this astounding work available. It is a true treasure. I just have two questions that I don’t believe are addressed within the book:
1. In other magickal books that I’ve read, it’s recommended to put in as much of your own effort as possible to help achieve the results you ask for. Is it the same case here?
2. What is the most appropriate way to thank the demons after a result has been granted? Do they enjoy public acknowledgement? Or is it best to just enjoy the result fully and keep silence?

Thank you and I am pleased you like the book. With your first question I believe that it should be clear after performing a ritual. Some of the results asked for, such as curses, could not require effort from you. Magick to help with something that’s happening in your life everyday – you well sense the involvement you need. I don’t think there’s a rule but your own sense of what’s right should be clear after each ritual, and may change as you sense and obtain new information or as results start to come. In some places, the author even says, ‘this requires no effort on your part’, as with Ugalis.
The second question is covered in scattered parts of the book; in Summoning Demons it talks about the only offering you need to make being the ritual itself, and there are other places where this idea is expressed. The thanks given in the ritual itself are enough, and you don’t need to do anything else when the result occurs. My personal belief is that it’s important to feel great pleasure in your results, whatever form of magick you use, to complete the circle of desire and manifestation, but if your desire was genuine this happens without any effort or ritual.

I do hope there will be more work from TOUF, as this is a great addition to my library. Knowledge is power.
Question: Is it okay to work with 2+ demons in the same day for completely different results? I understand that it’s recommended to space out rituals for the same outcome.
